Refurbished Devices
We are committed to making sure that you leave this transaction satisfied. If you’re unhappy with the refurbished or pre-owned devices for any reason, you may return it back for your money-back or a replacement within 60 days. No questions asked!
If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your refurbished device must be in the same condition that you received it. The device must be free of cracks and no iCloud, google account or personal information should be on the device. Please reset your phone prior to shipping the device back for returns.
Brand New Devices
Our refund and returns policy for brand new devices lasts 20 days.
If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your sealed brand new device must be in the exact condition as received. If you return an open box, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
Accessories
You may return unused or not liked accessories within 30 days from delivery date.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the accessory must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The original packaging must be intact.
